a. The following terms and conditions apply to any member of the TechSavvy community [hereinafter referred to as “community”].
b. Membership agreements are entered into between an individual or company [hereinafter referred to as “the member”] and the community.
§ 2 Membership of the community
When creating a membership, the member must provide their name, phone number, email, and company registration number (CVR) or private billing information. The member must ensure that the community always has the correct contact and billing information.
The member is only considered active and accepted into the community once the applicable payment terms, as outlined in section 3, have been fulfilled.
Membership is personal and must not be used by anyone other than the member.
§ 3 Fee payments
The member must pay a monthly fee for one month’s membership following the community’s current prices.
The price for a membership is DKK 199 excluding VAT if paid monthly, and DKK 2,000 excluding VAT if paid annually.
Membership fees are paid in advance and on time according to the invoice.
After one month, the member will automatically be charged for an additional month. Thereafter, membership payments will be due regularly on the renewal date.
The member is responsible for ensuring that the membership is paid on time.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation of the membership is not charged, and members who terminate their membership before the end of their current billing cycle will not be charged again in the following cycle.
A member who cancels their membership before it renews will not be charged for the upcoming month.
All prices may change with 30 days’ notice. TechSavvy will notify the member of price changes either via email or by another means deemed appropriate by the member. For memberships with a binding period, the agreed price applies for the entire binding period.
§ 4 Late payment
If an outstanding amount is not paid on time, a reminder will be sent via e-communication after 14 days without a fee.
If an outstanding amount is not paid within 21 days after the specified due date, a second reminder will be sent with a fee of DKK 100.
If an outstanding amount is not paid within 28 days after the specified due date, a third reminder will be sent with a fee of DKK 500.
If an outstanding amount is not paid within 29 days after the specified due date, the community has the right to terminate the membership with immediate effect without notice.
§ 5 Termination and cancellation

a.1 The member may terminate their membership at any time with one month’s notice by the end of the month in which the period expires.
a.2 Termination must be made in writing to the community’s management. a.3 All payments are final and non-refundable.

b.1 The community may terminate the member’s membership at any time with one month’s notice by the end of the month in which the period expires.
Community’s Cancellation
c.1 The community has the right to cancel the member’s membership if the member is not actively participating on the platform.
c.2 The community has the right to cancel the member’s membership if this occurs before the member’s payment.
§ 6 Consent to storage of personal information
When the member pays their invoice, they confirm consent for the community to store information necessary for the community to deliver the services purchased by the member and to continuously inform the member about meetings, news, and offers.
The information may include name, address, email, phone number, personal identification number (CPR), and bank details.
When the member pays their invoice, they confirm consent for the community to use images of the member on social media and the website, as well as for PR purposes, but only after verbal or written agreement.
§ 7 Limitation of liability
The community disclaims liability for any loss (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss due to personal injury, lost income, interruption of business/private activity, loss of business/private information, or other financial loss) arising as a result of the use of or participation in the community.
§ 9 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Danish courts.
§ 10 Cancellation or postponement of meetings and events
The community reserves the right to cancel meetings and events.
If the community cancels or postpones meetings due to guidelines and restrictions related to the applicable provisions for COVID-19 or other force majeure, the community will typically extend the current season or postpone meetings or events to a later date without additional charge to the member.
§ 11 Final provisions
The community has the right to change these terms and conditions as well as prices and to propose additional conditions at any time, without notice. However, changes that have a negative and retroactive effect on the member will not affect the member unless the member accepts the new changes.
